(ENB) At least 20 people were killed and 90 others injured when a bomb exploded at a Shia church in northern Afghanistan on Friday.
Sara Chare, who works for Doctors Without Borders (MSF), said some of those killed and injured were brought to an NGO center in the town of Kunduz, and that the death toll was higher.
The suicide bomber, who was inside the Seed Abad church during a prayer service on Friday, Kunduz provincial spokesman Matiullah Rohani told CNN.
