The England players were racially abused during their 4-0 win over Hungary in Budapest after being knocked to their knees before the World Cup qualifiers.
The Football Association has called on FIFA to investigate the songs, which were directed at Raheem Sterling and Jude Bellingham.
Reporting inside the Puskas Arena in Budapest, Rob Dorsett of Sky Sports News confirmed that he had heard "common baboon songs from various parts of the crowd, aimed specifically at Raheem Sterling when he touched the ball - and including when he set Harry Kane for the second goal.
"I have seen four different people who are directly involved in ethnic singing. The most recent of them was directed at Jude Bellingham, as he warmed up in front of us, and approached the mountains of Hungary."
After being told of post-match harassment, England captain Harry Kane described the incidents as "absolutely unacceptable".
Speaking to Sky Sports News in Budapest, England manager Gareth Southgate said: "We were not paying attention to the side. I don't know if the players were on the field. But everyone knows what we were talking about in two or three years.
"They know what we stand for as a team and we must hope that we will continue to eradicate racism not only in football but also in life in general."
